You’d include one line of JavaScript that would access Inbenta functionality through a script that establishes a JSONP communication directly between the user’s web browser and Inbenta servers.

The script handles any search events required to power the user interface, and it integrates the answer into the existing page structure.

The simple answer is yes, we can automatically import your content. The exact method we'll use depends on how you currently store and edit contents. We can import data from spreadsheets or .xml files if you store your information offline. If you store your FAQs on your website, we can use our spider, or web crawler, to automatically collect and index whatever public data you want. And if you use Zendesk for content management, we simply need an API key and we can index your content in just a few minutes.
